Yes, yes, I know. It's Windows. I can get it back by ending the process "explorer.exe" and then going to new task and re-type that in and it relaunches; but I don't want to have to do it everytime. Any thoghts?

That's really too bad, I'd be interested in having that as my screensaver. Guess I'm gonna have to wait for MS to roll out the fix.

Works great on my Macs though. I hope Microsoft has a fix for it soon

It is not a microsoft problem. Microsoft can not fix a problem caused by crappy 3rd party software.

People love to blame MS for problems that they have no control over.

True, although from what I've read in a few forums it's not limited to THIS screensaver, a lot of 3rd party ones are doing it. Lazy implementation on MS' part or just plain bad on the part of the creator?

Likely a bit of both by my guess.

Is it only Windows 7

Well I don't have any use for one on my MacBook, if it's not in use it's asleep:)

It's the first and only bug I've found so far. Other than that, I love windows 7

A bit with you, aside from some rocky starts with the Win7 ATI drivers I haven't had many issues. By far the most complete and stable release they have every managed in my experience(which granted only goes back to Win95). I still can't help but feel that this is what Vist was SUPPOSED to be.

Me too. I didn't even hate vista once the service pack and updates came for it. While they could have spent a little more time on it. It was a complete leap and changed OS and I wouldn't expect something so new and so different to be perfect.

or a 3rd option. MS chanced something in how screen savers work going from XP - Vista/windows 7 so old bad habits no longer work and cause problems.
