Task Management in Apple Mail

Is there any plugin (or something) to label certain messages in Apple Mail as "To Do","Follow Up",... Now we can only use the color labels, but why don't give the option to change the labels (colors or names)?

Airmail has that and I keep switching between Apple Mail and Airmail. But Airmails uses more CPU and more memory, and I don't like that.

I hope I find something similar in Apple Mail...
