Task Surfer, the Mac task management software that syncs to Toodledo, will be heading into private beta testing here in the next week or two. Two Dogs is looking for 50 beta testers to help hammer out those last few bugs before release.

Task Surfer fully supports all of the Toodledo features found in the free version (of course, pro features will be coming later). It also supports all of the data in both free and pro versions. That means two-way synchronization for either version, Task Surfer will just ignore what it doesn't support (such as subtasks).

Along with online synching, Task Surfer gives you the niceties of a Mac OS X client, such as drag-and-drop, keyboard hotkeys, offline access, and quick task entry from anywhere. More information can be found at the Task Surfer home page.

To apply for the beta, please fill out the beta application form. Note that Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard is required (lots of Snow Leopard goodness in there). The beta should start rolling out around the first of August, and selected participants will be notified shortly before the beta starts. Depending on a lot of things, the beta may be expanded, so feel free to pass this on to folks you think might be interested.
