Tax and extras on iPad data plans?

Apologies if this has been answered before, but can anyone report what the tax and misc. extra charges are on the $14.99 iPad data plan? I assume that there are some.

I got charged 0.31 cents for tax and misc. extra here in Texas.

I was charged around 40 cents too.
I think that is just sales tax and not a telco tax.

Yep no taxes. Flat rate charged to my card.
