Tax Free Apple Macs In Louisiana For International Customers?

I am from the UK and am visiting New Orleans soon and am planning to buy Macbook Pro. I have seen that international visitors get the tax removed on purchases that they plan to take out of the country. The Apple store in New Orleans is in the Lakeside Shopping Center which is a tax free shopping zone for international visitors, though I can't find any info on which stores are tax free in the shopping centre. Does anyone know If I can get the tax taken off in the Apple store? I know that Bestbuy is also listed as tax free for international customers, so I could buy it from them I guess, Any help with this matter would be most welcome, thanks for your time.
