Tax on Invoice inside the box?

I am a premier customer, and i received the iPhone today, it shows as 199, with no tax at all, when the charge was authorized on my account last week it showed the same 199.

Last year when i purchased my 3gs i didn't get charged tax either, anyone else with a USPS account?

I don't see tax on my invoice either (premier) so with that in hand i'm only going to allow them to charge me $199; i'm bitter about my $18 upgrade fee =p
