So if I reserve my iPhones online do I pay the sales tax based on the tax rate of my home address or the tax rate of the state the store is in? Cause I live right on the ma/nh border was thinking of reserving my phones in a nh store as they have no sales tax.

If you reserve the phone, you are going to the actual store to pick it up. Therefore, you will be paying for the phone at the store - meaning store location taxes.

If you are pre-ordering and having it delivered, then you should be taxed based on where you live.
