TB3/4 -> USB3.0 hub that has proper power per port?

I have a Anker USB-C hub which always has disconnection problems with external SSDs, and after reading the manual, it doesn't have much power going to the ports. I was under the impression that TB3 and TB4 provide a lot of power, so is there any hub that has three or four USB 3.0 ports that have a good amount of power going to them??
