I have just purchased a D-Link DSL-2890AL modem/router and I am having 1 issue. My 2012 TC is refusing to connect to the 5ghz signal and instead timing out every time when initiating setup for the network. The TC connects fine to the 2.4ghz band no worries at all.
I was just hoping to have it on the faster band for obvious reason and was wondering if this is a known issue? I know I could set the TC itself up to be the router within the house, but I'd prefer to keep it as a client and allow the D-link to do its job.
