TCP/IP Printing on a LaserWriter 16/600

How can I print to this old thing from a PC using TCP/IP? I know it works. I've connected it to a PC using the parallel port and it prints text and graphics fine. I've printed from a Mac through the network adapter using AppleTalk. I assigned the printer an IP address using arp then telnetted to it (from a PC) and finished the rest of the TCP/IP configuration. But that's as far as I got trying to print to it over the network from a PC. They're connected but speaking the wrong language when it comes to print jobs.

Any suggestions?
