Tea on Macbook Pro 13"

Hey guys!

I'm kind of in a situation right now! My brother spilled tea on his MBP 13". I can hear the fan running but the screen is dead!
Any one has ever been in a similar situation and can help me fix this!?

You should turn of it straight away and start to dry it out or take apart. Now it is too late. Go to Apple probably

if you spill liquids on an electronic never try to turn it on and if it is on turn it off. Let it dry out. At this point you may want to take it to Apple and see what they say. Good luck.

Err... no. They'll say it's accidental damage and repair will cost hundreds of dollars.

Just wanna let you guys know, as surprising as it seems, my brother's MBP is working perfectly fine!!
All i did was to turn the device off immediately, placed it upside down on a towel and let it dry the whole night! Woke up this morning, turned it on and it was good to go!
