Hi Guys,

I need to use the Grapher in osx to graph inequalities like x + y > 2. I need the line to be dashed and shaded. The trouble is, grapher doesn't recognize it as an inequality, and it wont use dashed lines. Please help.

I'm not sure what you mean by it doesn't recognize the inequality. When I type x+y>2, with the default view, I get a nice line with blue shading.

If you want a dashed line at y=2-x , just create another equation, plot it, and use the inspector to change its attributes to dashed, with whatever thickness looks good.

Maybe there's a difference between Grapher 1.1 (Tiger) and Grapher 2 (Leopard).
