Teams fails to launch - gives finder server error

Hey

was on 14.6 when I noticed teams started to fail to launch, giving the attached error. uninstalled, installed. Same issue.
Tried a clean uninstall with App Cleaner, and installed, same issue failed to launch and gave the same error. Updated to 10.15.6 but still the same after an uninstall and install

I do recognise this server in the popup but its no longer in use and isn't in Finder Favourites

any help would be appreciated
