Teamviewer app sign in frozen

As of today I cannot sign in (or create a new account) to Teamviewer apps for ipad and iphone. My web account works normally. Anyone faces the same issue? I sent a ticket to teamviewer but still no reply. And their tel support is not provided for private users. Thanks!
