I am new to Mac and I have just bought an iMac with the latest OS X Mavericks.

I used to remote access my office PC (WinXP Pro SP3) with Teamviewer from my Windows PC at home. Now when I tried to remote access my office PC from my iMac, the mouse works properly but I just couldn't see the mouse pointer (I have already checked the item "Show your partner's cursor"). I can only look for the mouse pointer by tracing its path when it moves over those buttons and icons. I have tried another RDP "Jump Desktop" and I was able to see the mouse pointer.

As I was used to Teamviewer and love its functionality, I would prefer continuing to use Teamviewer. Pls advise how to solve the mouse pointer problem.

Thanks all.
