In using Teamviewer between two iMac's, one with SL and one with Lion, I was only able to control the remote iMac from Lion, with CAPITALS only.
Teamviewer helpdesk was not familiar with this problem.

Wondering whether this sounds familiar to anyone and whether this has to do with an iMac OS set-up or configuration, as Teamviewer application and Helpdesk left me in the dark.

Anyone??

Make sure caps lock is not on for either computer. It works fine for me between Leopard, SL and Lion.

Thanks :) but obviously I forgot to mention that CAPLOCK was not on, on both sides,..good to hear though that you did not have this problem.
Will try again tomorrow.
