Hello good people,
So I have this MBP 13" 2015 early i7/16GB and about a year ago I installed win10 in Parallels Desktop as I need one specific audio app for my job - tagging audio files for broadcast software (until this moment I was doing the job on my secondary notebook running Linux). After the installation I found the sound from my virtual very bad, choppy (can't find the right word for that..) and the virtual machine was slow too. Just listen to this audio clip:

Yeah.. this is the sound when I play mp3 inside virtual and do page scrolling on mac, or hit refresh page, or use cmd+tab .. whatever activity. I tried also vmware, virtualbox. I even tried virtual win10 on my external ssd win bootcamp with the same results.

Aslo during hangouts call with 6 people the audio was tearing from time to time. When I switched to my old laptop, the problem wasnt there, so I know it wasnt Hangouts fault.

Till 2019 I was using HP4730s on Arch linux and time-to-time hackintosh from external SSD, both with virtualised windows and the same tag app and there were no problems with it.

Is the 2015 mbp i7 so slower as the old i5 from 2011? As I can't find any good reason why is the audio playback so bad and the virtualized windows soooooo slow and CPU while using virtualization is mostly 100% during activity like scrolling.

what I tried: Reinstall MBP, resetting PRAM, clean install macOS + only one virtual app

I'll be glad for any advice what to do for the audio to get better. Thank You
