I've recently installed a Mime Feather+ glass screen protector on my iPhone 5s to use with my Tech21 Impact mesh case, and have noticed it lifting up near the lock and volumes buttons (when they are pressed). The alignment during installation was relatively perfect. So far, I really like the glass over prior experiences with plastic screen protectors, but I'm not sure about the Feather+'s supposed oleophobic coating as it's covered in finger prints and smudges really easily. My girlfriend has the same case, and when I tried her case, it lifted up worse and in different locations than with mine. I had read prior to purchasing the Mime feather where others had used it successfully with an Impact Mesh case. I had previously had a cheap generic adhesive plastic screen protector which was actually awful in clarity, but fit the Tech 21 case without issue. The adhesive started coming up causing air bubbles, so it meant it was time to replace it. I had also previously tried a Belkin static cling screen protector, which even though thinner than the Mime, also lifted up badly on the sides. So it seems that in practice, the ability to use any screen protector (especially glass ones, even though its only 0.15mm thick) seem to be individual experiences tied to unique aspects of their screen protector installation and case moldings, and can't necessarily be interpolated to the masses.

Does anyone have any experience using this case and know of some screen protectors that might work, especially glass ones like the Mime Feather? Also, does anyone know of any other low-profile yet protective cases (similar to the Tech21 Impact) that might have a front lip that might work better with a screen protector?

Thanks for any suggestions!
