I was disappointed to see the ship time for the TechWoven cases slip into October. So I took a chance to visit my local Apple Store to try to see the colors in-person. Turns out that the cases had just arrived, so I bought three of them. They weren’t even allowed to put the new cases out on the floor, but for some reason were allowed to sell them.
You’ll have to ask in-person because the Apple Store app isn’t showing them available for pick up same day

Pretty close. It’s almost like a high-end textured dress shirt but stiffer. The sides are finely-ridged matte rubber like a zipper pull on a technical jacket. Overall I’d say it’s worth the price IF it holds up to daily use.
Sound like it feels luxurious. Is the fabric resistant like ballistic nylon?

It’s difficult to tell without a phone inside. The empty case has a bit of give structurally. You can even pinch the inside and back to feel the thin layer of foam compress the smallest bit.

I’ll get one when they are on sale maybe. Not worth $99.

I did see that they don’t survive food stains and some oils so be warned.

The 16 Pro/Pro Max phones will fit just fine inside the 17 Pro/Max TechWoven cases :)

I got mine today, it's nicer/better than I expected. It's $59 (not $99, at least in the US) and I've noticed other premium cases from Otterbox/Caudabe are now more or the same price.

Got mine yesterday, really like it. It does a bit of excess glue on it though which is poor quality control.

That could be said of a lot of apple cases. Only in 9 out of 10 cases they don’t hold up to daily use as well as most third party cases for 1/3 the price. I wonder how last year’s vision pro cases look nowadays.

Got mine already. Now waiting for the phone!

The woman in the Apple Store was confused at how it was all supposed to work.

Feels pretty well made. Nice to the touch.

Will see how long it lasts. I kept the invoice receipt so I can go get a new one if it falls to bits (like I did with the last three Apple branded cases)

I got the TW Sienna case today from Best Buy and I really like the color, will look great with Cosmic Orange Pro

Surely it makes sense to buy these so you get them at the same time as the phone?

That way you can try them for the full two weeks and return them if they show wear & tear so quickly.

Years back before iPhones became so super tough when I used to use cases I found the opposite. The Apple cases far outlasted the third party cases.

Exactly what I did and it went annoyingly wrong.

I ordered the phone and case on pre-order opening for collection on the 20th but the case was available for collection immediately. That would mean I had to collect it on or before the 19th or they'd return it to stock as uncollected. So I had to go and collect it on Saturday as that's the only other time I was going anywhere near that Apple Store or I'd have to order another one!

The nice lady in the Apple Store was equally confused as me about this whole situation.
