Telephone Icon on Screen

Hello, little problem hoping you all can give me a hand with. I have a 32 gb 3GS phone with ios 4.01 and its jailbroken. I have a little icon that appeared on the top right hand corner of the screen. appears to be a telephone lying at an angle (lying back to the left) with two small dots on it. It is NOT the same as the TTY icon, definately doesn't look like the little phone on top of the dots.

Any ideas what it could be, what it does, or how to get rid of it?

Can you take a screenshot of your phone and post it here? I've looked up all of the symbols and their meanings, and none of them was a slanted phone with two dots on it.

How do i take a screen shot of the phone? I'm learning but not familiar with apple products....

Weird. The only icon I've found close was a phone tilted in the same way, but no dots. I have no clue what that's for
