iPhone 13 mini Telephone voice quality priority

I often make and receive extended calls in noisy work environments and would like better incoming voice quality. My iPhone 8 isn’t great. Will the iPhone 13 mini be better for my needs?

I don’t think any iPhone ever made has good telephone quality. The telephone quality is one of the worst things about an iPhone. Maybe that’s why they never talk about the phone.
