Tell iSync to not sync 2 phones with the same address book

How do I tell iSync to sync with different parts of the address book? We have two people sharing this Mac, and we don't want each other's contacts getting mixed into our phones' address books (as I assume iSync syncs both phones with the same one PC address book on Mac OS X).

I tried creating different empty groups, but it still dumps the contacts under "All", and not under the new groups I specify.

(While I'm here, I also can't figure out how to inverse select in iSync.)

Edit: Oops. I figured out the inverse selection part by using Smart Groups.
