Tell me something interesting about the 4S

Just upgraded from the 4 to the 4S. Looks the same, feels the same, camera looks kind of similar, tried Siri, games seem the same.

So anything interesting? :D
 
Honestly, I bought the 4S cause my contract was up and because it's basically an iPad 2 in your pocket but a phone too.
 
I've read two different threads of people dropping them into toilets, in only two days!

Other than Siri and the better HD video I still prefer my Ipad 2. Garage Band on Iphone now makes it more of a mini Ipad on the go though. :D

Upgrade from the 4 or 3G/3GS?

Do state it in the post just wondering who went from the 3GS or 4. The update from the 3GS is massive.

Also any games that have been improved by the A5? (Like Real Racing 2 last year)? What apps can I see big improvements on?
 
I'm the one who went from the 3GS to 4S. And it is massive. From the 4 to 4S not worth it people. Just follow your contract cycles and save your money~

No, he got his from Amazon. Looks the same though. And that's pretty cool (just checked it out).

EDIT: Oh and amazingdm: I know. I mean it saves me time, money and more devices for testing as I'm working on my first app.

I've developed a slight addiction to Real Racing 2. The 4s is my first iPhone, but I can at least say that the game is noticeably faster than on my 4th generation iPod touch. So, the A4 to A5 processor upgrade does seem to make a difference.

World of Goo also runs much more smoothly, but there isn't anything stopping you from running it on an A4 processor.

As game developers start programming specifically for the faster processor, we will likely see more of a difference. Right now, it seems that the goal is to create apps that are at least partially backwards compatible, so that they can be purchased by owners of iPods and older iPhones as well as latest thing.
