Tell me step by step how to make an airdisk acessible from anywhere.

Last night I bought a brand new Airport Extreme, and I really dont have that much networking experience, and i've been googling how to's, but havent found something clear and concise. This is a feature I would LOVE to have, so can someone please help me out?

when you say anywhere, do you mean within your LAN, or from anywhere on the internet, say an internet cafe?
