That Apple logo with the graduation cap isn't going to fly with Apple legal, but if it's a super small thing you're doing, and you're not selling the cups, then maybe it's okay. Not sure.

Tons of Mac User Groups have the Apple symbol incorporated in the logo. I don't think they'll mind too much

It is hard to believe that Apple Legal would not find a way somehow to really be a pain about the logo deal. In all honesty the "well I am a little guy" got tossed out the window when people were sent cease and desist letters if they owned a site that had the word ipod in it. Some of the sites were huge by many mac standards, others were not so huge and people wondered how they even got such attention. But at the end of the day it comes down to how much do you want to be bothered with the very idea that their legal department may be sending you a letter? I mean the upside, you'll have an official letter from Apple with their logo--neat...but is it worth it?
