i've been talking to telus support for the last 2hrs about the LTE and the poor reception on 3G and no incoming 4G.I had open a ticket repair about the case and he explain to me this is a big issue and it tells me i was not alone a lot of people have this problems.and it's on all Canada (BELL,TELUS,VIRGIN)who have this networks issue with the new iphone 5.
.So he encourage me to tell that every customer iphone 5 owner to call To advise the problem to his network provider. The More person will call the more faster the problem will be repair.
He said that The iphone 5 has a problem to communicate with the bell/telus and virgin 4G networks.
