In XP, i can navigate to the temporary internet files folder and view/cut/copy/paste to and from it. I can open a cookie and view it's contents. Where and how can i do this for temporary internet files accumulated using firefox in OSX?

i found this, but most of the items in there were 'doc' files, and what i was looking for wasnt there (like old html files from previously visited pages etc). thanks for that though...

Those 'doc' files are your old html files, along with css, javascript, and picture files among others. Unfortunately though, they don't give their appropriate file extensions so it makes it hard to find anything specific. You just have to start opening files.
