Tempature Monitor Will not work

I first installed Tiger on my MDD once i did a HDD upgrade just to see how it would work it didnt work so well so i upgraded it to Leopard but now Tempature Monitor will not work it says resources have been damaged but thing is i downloaded it off the site there is not folder in the Library --> Application Support and it still will not work
