My temperature widget stopped working this morning. Have tried toggling permissions and rebooting ... Still not working.

I have the same problem the temperature widget is a blank solid box. I've given location permissions to weather app (also toggled off and on).
Any ideas?
Edit: A reboot of the Apple watch and now it seems to have come back with the weather options. How strange...

I'm getting this have done a two button reset and still no weather showing at all on 10.3.1, only had odd issues with it before. Turned off and on and it worked for a while but then gives up again.
Really don't want to have to do a full restore its a pain, anyone having similar seems a few others maybe having some issues with this release again. How can Apple get these things so right for release after release and then lots of issues, feels a really poor experience with Watch OS 10.
