Is there a way to view HD,Cpu,memory,ambient temperatures and Fans Speed into Lion OS?.... I wont to avoid using programmes like istat menu/pro.

No, there isn't, except possibly through Terminal. Why don't you want to use iStat Pro?

I use it but i want to get rid of programmes. Keep it as mac centric as possible

I don't know that there are Terminal commands. I said possibly. I'm not aware of them, if any exist. There's nothing wrong with using iStat Pro or Menus. Both have good reputations and provide accurate readings and have been used by a great number of Mac users for years.

iStat Pro won't affect your performance - There's no valid reason not to download it
