My 2010 Mac Pro with dual 2.66GHz 6-Core CPUs is about to arrive in two days and I'm planning on upgrading it with 2x 3.49GHz 6-Core X5690 CPUs. What I don't know is how well the stock heatsinks will handle the extra wattage of the X5690. These are 130W TDP compared to 96W (I believe) for the stock CPUs.

Has anyone had any problems with their X5690 temperature and/or stability wise? Has it become noisier after the upgrade?
