Terminal and Composer PHP

Does anyone have any familiarity with composer and PHP Storm? I installed composer, and now I can't pull it up via the terminal in my text editor. Using the terminal is new for me, so I'm kind of lost.

I fixed that, but now I can't load sites on safari from my computer. I've been fighting this thing all morning.

Neither composer, nor PHP storm should interfere Safari, maybe this could be caused by spigot (your new thread)?
