macOS Terminal doesn't start up..this is the message:

I don't know how I managed to mess the system, but here it is:

Last login: Mon Sep 28 17:28:17 on console
login(363, 0x….) malloc: *** error for object 0x…: pointer being freed was not allocated
*** set a breakpoint in malloc_error_break to debug


I can only guess that its because I used macports recently,

EDIT: OK, I have to agree, I messed up with the system permissions, so a disk utility repair will make it work. SOLVED
