Hey everybody, the other day I ran across a set of terminal commands and found one that showed how to connect to another mac using terminal. My friend has a mac and the other day I was messing with him by using the command "kill ###" (the ### represents the process ID) and it worked fine, but today I tried it and it won't work! I'm getting the following error now:
"Operation not permitted"

I find it strange because it worked fine up until today. Does anybody know what could be causing this? It's been kinda fun messing with him lol.

Type sudo before the command, then type that command. You will be asked for the password.

[Make sure you know what you are doing before using such powerful terminal features!]

Err... might I suggest that randomly killing processes on your friend's machine is not really a very good idea of a practical joke, especially if you don't know what you're doing.

haha it's ok, I'm only killing his firefox. I wouldn't kill something I didn't know what it was.

Actually, i've been making his computer just say random stuff lol.

Believe me, I'm only doing safe stuff
