So, having finally gotten our copies of Leopard, I backed things up and installed from scratch.
One of my major gripes is that terminal no longer supports background images.
There's no preference pane for it; editing Terminal.plist to add BackgroundImagePath makes Terminal crash.

BackgroundImagePath is, however, still referenced in the application itself (strings Terminal | grep -i BackgroundImagePath).

Has anyone had any luck getting images to work as backgrounds in the new Terminal?
 
I didn't realise I could do it before, wow that transparency effect is cool. Oh well, wont be able to use it for much longer by the sound of things.
