Terminal problem: always jumps back to standard profile

Hello! When I open Terminal it is opening with the profile I've set in the settings. If I open a new window everything is fine, it is also opening with the standard profile.
But: When I close the Terminal window and click the icon in the dock again a while later it opens with the standard Terminal profile with white background, standard window size and font.
I can't figure out what the problem is.

That’s strange. Have you tried to remove it from the Dock and add it again?

Yea, it doesn't change anything. The new instance always starts with the standard profile.

There are several settings for Terminal, including "New windows open with"
