macOS TerminateQTML() windows dialog prblem

as i have created an application that converts a set of images into a mov file using Quicktime 7.3 SDK after calling the function that creates the mov file the TerminateQTML(); in the end of the function bloks the open file dialog for (TrollTech Qt ) and no dialog wants to appear.

please, anyone help me.
