Terra update changed tab viewing

Selecting a new link opens on the same tab instead of on a new tab. I can find no setting to change this back to the way it was before the update. Very disappointing. If anyone finds a solution, please post.

Tap and hold on the link, until you get "Open in a new Tab".

That's a workaround.....I'd still like to see a setting where you click a link on a page and it opens in a new tab by default (like Mercury)
