Hi so just yesterday I had Verizon installed as my Internet carrier and I am using the plan with 20 MBps of upload & download. now I own a airport extreme and decided to use that so I plugged it in to the Verizon router/modem they installed and decided to use it. Now while on my computer I get great speed and when I speed test it on my computer I get 20+ MBps of download and upload with a ping of around 13. But while on my iPod touch 4th generation and I speed test it on this it kills itself trying to manage getting 5 MBps of download. And I get a ping of close to 300+ and I can't even load a YouTube video let alone struggle to get a webpage open the thing barley functions Internet wise.

I have tried restarting my router, restarting my iPod, resetting my wifi settings. and I'm still getting crap speed.

Now is anyone else noticing this with Verizon+airport extreme+iPod touch 4th gen????

Are there any fixes??? Should I not use airport extreme??? Should I call apple and see what they can do???

Please help I love the Internet on my iPod touch and want to use it :(
