Lately my battery has been draining much faster. Is there a program to check which programs are using the most battery?

There are many factors that impact your battery life. See the BATTERY LIFE FROM A CHARGE section of the following link for details, including tips on how to maximize your battery life.

The link below should answer most, if not all, of your battery/charging questions. If you haven't already done so, I highly recommend you take the time to read it.
If you're not already doing so, use iStat Pro (free) or iStat Menus ($16) to get accurate readings of battery health and cycles and computer uptime, among many other things. A forum member has posted a copy of iStat Pro that has been "tweaked" to enhance compatibility with Mountain Lion. You can download it here.

Thanks for the links!

94% battery health
103 cycles

Battery drains in 1 hour.

There must be a program thats causing this...?

Open Activity Monitor and look if there are any runaway programs/processes, be sure to select all processes in the top, so that you see your user name and the root.

Everything seems normal in Activity Monitor.

Most usage is Safari with silverlight at 30% CPU usage while I'm watching Netflix. Spotify is 2.8%, everything else 0-1%.

I blame netflix. It absolutely kills my Macbook Pro mid 2010.
Rockets my CPU temp to 80C+.

Follow the instructions in the 3rd bullet point in the BATTERY LIFE FROM A CHARGE section of the Battery FAQ, then take a screen shot and post it.
