Terribly slow iOS YouTube app

I can't believe I haven't seen any threads about this yet.. Why is the YouTube app so slow/buggy on iOS devices? I've rarely been able to load anything lately. It's insane. Are there any fixes for this?

Just the mobile website. It's faster and videos on 3G looks almost as good as they do on wifi.

I noticed this too the other day while trying to watch a video. Even with full service, it's unbearably slow and choppy.

You are not alone! Even the desktop version has been hit and miss lately with buffering. It happens every now and again.

That made everything hell a lot faster for me.

I heard about this tweak awhile ago, and I had a NOTICEABLE increase in Youtube and general internet speed right after I installed it. I would highly recommend it.

I noticed this on my ipad also, the web page loads fine while the apps is slooowwwww.
