Tesco have cheapest deal yet for iPhone 4!

Do MVNOs perform the same as the parent carrier?

£35 12 month looks a great deal, more minutes double the data of o2 on a shorter contract for just £20 more upfront, really thinking of going for this. No experience of tesco, as it uses o2 will it perform exactly the same (whether that's good or bad is debatable!) or will they have less bandwidth etc?
