How to Test an app on ipad connected to windows on client side???

Is this possible....i will execute the build on my mac which will detect the device on client side and load the app on the clients ipad/iphone!!!!

Well, you can certainly deploy your app to a device under Windows, via ad-hoc distribution, but I'm not sure what you mean by "detect the device on client side". Have a look through the ad-hoc distribution process and see if it meets your needs.
