iOS Test in app purchases? Do i need to the iOS paid contract in effect?

I am about to test on of my in app purchases but it won't show up!?

So therefore i thought it could be that i needed the iOS paid contract in effect to test them? Do i??

Have you added the in-app purchase item(s) in iTunes Connect? It should have prompted you then that you didn't yet have the paid contract in effect.
