I just tried my second hand Apple Thunderbolt Display which I bought off eBay, and like to say what a lovely display it is. I like the glossy screen and how good it looks. The cabal was a bit frayed the guy has put some tape on it, I will have to put some Sugru to put on it. I have two Thunderbolt Cables and they work fine on the Display. I can,t recommend this screen enough. Quality product from Apple as you would expect them.Well pleased with it. :)

They're beautiful displays. I have two and will be using them until Apple makes a new affordable display. No interest in the plastic garbage Apple is pushing with those LG's.

I certainly think so, I am hooked by the size of the screen and the glossy look. :) I might get another one next year, or 2013 27 inch iMac. I can,t see them doing that for some time an affordable that is. I agree with you there too much plastic.on the LG.s:(

Just got one from eBay Brand New in 2020 unopened with original apple seal. who would have thought somebody would buy it all the way back in 2016 and just keep it in storage. Anyway im using it now with my 7,1 Mac Pro and absolutely loving it!

Funny to have it all that time and not use having said that I have Hifi stuff that I haven,t opened.

I have two of these monitors and have been using them pretty intensely for nearly 8 years. Extremely good quality screens that will probably give me another 8 years of use. Although, having these beside my XDRs is a bit of an unfair comparison. Alas, they are fantastic screens that have served me well.
