I as well as others have been losing bars to the point of no service when holding the IP4 in my hand. I was curious and went outside holding the phone as I did inside and did not lose a single bar and in fact had 5 the whole time. I tried with/without wifi as well as with/without 3g. However, the moment I went underneath my patio the bars disappeared to 1 but never got to no service. I walked back inside my house and bam no service. So my question to the tekkies out there, can a software patch fix this? I would think that this seems like a hardware issue. Thoughts??????
