I’ve been building an iOS app called Salette, designed to make it easy for families to save, organize, and celebrate their kids’ artwork — from crayon masterpieces to science fair posters that deserve better than a dusty box in the basement.

It’s not a social app, not an AI toy, and not about likes or followers. It’s more like a personal digital gallery: take a quick photo, tag it, and it’s beautifully organized for you. Later, you can view it as a timeline, browse by child, or export highlights as a digital book or slideshow.

I’m now opening up a public TestFlight to gather feedback on how easy it feels to use not bug reports (though I’ll take those too), but little things like:
• Does it feel intuitive to add new artwork?
• Are the photo-capture and tagging steps smooth?
• Is anything confusing, slow, or awkward?

You don’t need to be an artist or have kids to try it — any “collection of creativity” works fine for testing. A few people have used it to organize travel photos or sketches.

Thanks in advance to anyone who gives it a try — every bit of feedback helps shape where it goes next.

Can’t test due to incompatible hardware. Don’t know how it looks…does it vectorize image? Somehow it reminds me of Carbo and Inkflow.

Not quite. It’s more for keeping images you have, organizing them, and having an easy, attractive place to view them. So, if you have art in your life, whether you’ve collected or something from kids, loved ones, etc., you don’t have to dig through your photos to find them. Have them in this place. Be surprised when past images show up as widgets. Sync across devices. You can see more about it at salette.app
