Testing a site with dialup speed? (to test loaders, time)

Just wondering if it is possible for me to cap my internet speed temporarily. I'm running a MacBook Pro, with an Airport card, with a Linksys Router, with Cable Internet. Any way to cap it temporarily to test with 56k? I'd rather not mess with the router or modem. I'm sure there's a way to do it with my Mac...

Try this site. It will tell you the time it takes to load your page with different connection types.
