So I want to install iOS 10 on my phone so I can use Xcode 8 Swift 3 with iOS 10 deployment.
From this link you get a 2.73GB download of iOS 10 for 6s/6 Plus devices that you simply restore from.
https://developer.apple.com/download/
But what happens to all the current apps on the device? So first I back up my iOS 9 then restore from the iOS 10 beta image then all the apps will be restored from my iOS 9 backup?
Actually I currently have WAY too many apps on my phone from checking out other apps for ideas so this might be a good time to purge. So maybe best idea is to backup iOS9 FACTORY restore from iOS 10 and only re-install my wanted apps from iTunes manually?
Sure is a big deal to develop on the bleeding edge because then my watch needs to be updated too. Does my OS X need to be updated too? I cannot update my laptop because I am running Logic Pro X and won't work on newest OS X.
