Tether on iPhone 3GS?

How can I get tethering on my iPhone 3GS with firmware 3.1.3?
I don't care what I have to do (jailbreak, go back to 3.1.2) but I heard that you can't do either of those for the 3GS on 3.1.3.

Any advice? Please? I've been searching here, and elsewhere, for over an hour with no luck.

I know the new JB is supposed to be out tomorrow but do we know what time? I actually need it for tomorrow. Gah, I'm a mess.

Nothing you can do but wait for the next JB for the 3GS on 3.1.3
It probably wont be out tommorow but sometime soon I hope.
